Men’s Lacrosse:

“Overall it was a good starting point for the season. We played well as a team and it was great to see that everyone had the opportunity to play”

Jake Quinn ‘14

“We capped off our fall ball season coming away with two wins this Saturday, and, although key players were injured on the team, the underclassmen stepped up to fill the void. We will continue this momentum into the spring season where we hope to have everyone back healthy.”

Richard Gregory ‘15

Women’s Volleyball:

“One of our greatest assets this year is the depth of our team and that really showed this past weekend. That win was a complete team effort and wouldn’t have been possible without the leadership and intensity of every member of our team.”

Marissa Vollmer ‘14

“This year’s team plays with so much heart in every game that I can’t help but have nothing but faith that we will get to where we want to be.”

Raj Dhaliwal ‘15

Men’s Soccer:

“It was a strong performance by the whole squad. It provided us with a strong sense of satisfaction because it was a great bounce back after the loss to RPI. A win like that gives our team a lot of confidence going forward and is something we are going to look to build on as we come into the final games of the year.”

Sam Hunter ‘16

“We were due for a performance like Saturday’s after the RPI game. This team believes that we are capable of winning every game we have. I have faith in this team.”

Dean Constant ‘14

Women’s Ice Hockey:

“I’m very happy with how we played this weekend and it’s great to see how our work ethic on and off the ice is showing up in games.”

Jess Kaminsky ‘16

“I think we played hard for the whole 60-plus minutes, and proved to ourselves that we can compete with anyone. Obviously it’s not the outcome we wanted but I think we can take a lot of positives away from that game and Friday’s game and only use them as motivation going forward, and more importantly into league play.”

Kelly McGrath ‘15

Field Hockey:

“Field hockey faced two Liberty League games at home on Frank Bailey Field this weekend. Friday the Dutchwomen gained an exceptional win against Saint Lawrence. Although losing to Skidmore Saturday UCFH fought hard and scored two goals against the Thoroughbreds.”

Stephanie Grimaldi ‘15

“We played our best both Friday and Saturday. We definitely challenged ourselves and pushed our limits. Friday was a fun, exciting game and a great win. We fell short Saturday, but we played hard.”
