Subject: Interim Suspension

Dear Emily,

Due to the unfortunate circumstances resulting from Delta Delta Delta’s event on October 7, 2011, the organization is hereby suspended pending investigation and resolution of this matter. During this period, you are to cease and desist all activities associated with Delta Delta Delta. This includes, but is not limited to, new member/pledge activities, meetings, social events, philanthropy events, and educational programming. Further, members are to have no contact with the women in current new member class. This includes text, email, telephone, facebook, and sending messages through a third party. You may, however, convene meetings of the members of Delta Delta Delta for the sole purpose of resolving this case.

The investigating official is Tom Constantine, Assistant Director of Campus Safety. Mr. Constantine can be reached by email or calling 518-388-6911 if you have questions or need more information about the investigation.

While it is my professional responsibility to issue this interim suspension, my role in this process from now through its conclusion is to advise and support the chapter. I am available by email or phone any time you need.

Best regards,
Timothy Dunn
Director of Greek Life
Union College, RCC 409
