Curious about Springfest 2012? Use a mobile app to get a QR reader and scan this with your smartphone!
Update: In the interest of releasing the information given to the Concordiensis by the Springfest Committee in the form of a QR code, we published the above post at 7:30 A.M.; however, we do not wish to exclude our readers who are non-smartphone users from gaining access to this information! Please view the following link if you do not have a smartphone or cannot gain access via the QR code: http://callmemaybesf12.tumblr.com/

This is the stupidest idea ever. What if I’m on my phone morons?
Then go pick up a newspaper. It’s not like they’re not all over campus or anything.
Or, someone could just post it?
its state radio, wynter gordan and gym class heroes…
Ror those who do not have a smartphone this is the link embedded in the QR code: http://callmemaybesf12.tumblr.com/
Shame on the concordy for limiting this information only to those who can afford a $30 a month data plan.
This is some of the most anticipated information of the year and it should be available toFeveryone not just those who have the means to pay for a smartphone.
*For those…
This was not the decision of the Concordy to have the QR code, it was decided by the Springfest selection committee that they wanted it to appear this way. Comments should be directed toward them, not the newspaper. And no, I don’t write for the paper.
I heard a hologram of Sean Kingston was performing at spring rest this year.
Dot worry about the qr code guys! The baja men and smash mouth are playing!
This is completely stupid. To put a QR code online, fine. But nothing on the newspaper? Just a scan that a significant part of this school has no way to decipher with *normal* phones?
Not everybody here can or wants to pay $100 a month for a smartphone.
@Elitist? you go to class and hear everyone talking about it. or you ask the person next to you who the artists are. or you go online like you did and click the link. union is an elitist school. look at all our frats and sororities. at least with the QR code you won’t be expecting people from schenectady showing up if they get hold of a paper. and they unlike you don’t have friends on campus to tell you. i love people from schenectady but i am aware of the city’s financial status, and also know union wants springfest to be for union people and friends. so maybe you have to ask someone but it’s a good idea.
