On Tuesday, May 3, Jeff Kurto, Director of Dining Services taught a cooking class in Golub House. Kurto chose chile relleno, a traditional Mexican dish, in anticipation of Cinco de Mayo. The dish is made by filling chili peppers with cheese, a variety of meats and vegetables.
